Returns Policy – My Stick Style

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To start a return, please email erin@mystickstyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the next steps.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns of walking sticks or accessories that have been used or show signs of wear. Customised or personalised items are also non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 28 days. Shipping costs are non - refundable.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer to exchange your item for a different colour or style, please mention this when contacting us and we’ll let you know if stock is available.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or refund as soon as possible.
